On Thursday, October 2, the Christian Group, "Captive Free" performed at Galilee. This group, composed of 3 young men and 3 young women, sang Christian Rock, did skits based on scripture, and even performed with puppets.

"Captive Free" is a branch of Youth Encounter. The group of six travel from  church to church for a year, taking a break from their colleges. They are supported mainly from donations from the various churches.

Their visit to Galilee was sponsored by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and our "Kids Night Out". The performance was well attended and everyone had a great time, especially the youngsters. Some photos of this event are below.
